CAN 8797 of 2019, is an application by the applicant/writ petitioner, seeking restoration of the Writ Petition No.22565 of 2015, after recalling the order of the Court dated February 15, 2019, by dint of which the Court has dismissed the said writ petition for default.

Learned advocate appearing for the applicant/petitioner has submitted that the restoration of the application as above, has been filed within time.

Upon perusal of records and consideration of the submissions, I find the grounds pleaded by the applicant to be substantive and sufficient, which prompts this Court to recall this Court's earlier order dated February 15, 2019 and thereby to restore the writ petition in its original file and number.
