Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 26.07.2023 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranaghat, Nadia in Criminal Revision No.19 of 2023. The order-sheet reflects that the only prayer for stay has been rejected but the main revisional application is still pending and the learned revisional court/sessions court has called for the lower court records so that the same is produced before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, F.T.C., Ranaghat wherein the revisional application has been transmitted for disposal. Having considered the fact that the main revisional application is still pending, I am not inclined to interfere with the refusal of prayer for stay at this stage. Petitioner will be at liberty to re-agitate the points at the time of final hearing of the case. The revisional court will try to dispose of the revisional application on the next date so fixed or within a month thereafter. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3658 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
