Sri Debarun Saha Mr. Pinaki Datta, Ms. Jayashree Saha ...for the petitioner A direction to secure expeditious disposal of Matrimonial Suit being No.1392 of 2019, pending before the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 4th Fast Track Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas, is the ultimate relief sought for in this case. As per submission disclosed by the petitioner/wife, that the petition praying for alimony pendente lite has already been not pressed, and there is no other interlocutory application pending at the moment in the suit.

No other point is raised requiring address by this Court.

In view of the nature of order proposed to be made in this case, no prior notice is considered to be necessary.

Service upon the opposite party stands dispensed with.

Accordingly, learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 4th Fast Track Court, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas, in Matrimonial Suit No.1392 of 2019, is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of referred Matrimonial Suit after causing disposal of the interlocutory application, if there be any pending, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this case, subject to the suitability and convenience of the court below, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable, preferably before the end of May, 2023. With this observation/direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the opposite party and his learned advocate in the court below.
