Heard learned Counsel appearing for the parties and perused the materials available in the case diary. 2.

Having heard the Learned Counsel for the petitioner and also taking into consideration the objection of the State Counsel, I find that investigation of this case is complete and as such, there is no need for custodial interrogation of the present petitioner.

Thus, the prayer for anticipatory bail stands allowed. 4.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioner, namely Arup Hazari shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and shall abide by the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure,

1973/Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and on further condition that the petitioner shall meet the Officer in charge of the concerned police station twice in a week until further orders.

In case the petitioner fails to adhere to any of the conditions mentioned in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the learned Court below shall be entitled to cancel the anticipatory bail without further reference to this Court. 6.

The application for anticipatory bail stands allowed. 7.
