Petitioner is aggrieved wife. She has prayed for expeditious disposal of the proceeding under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. She submits that the proceeding is pending since 2013.

I have perused the materials on record including the order sheet. On 10.03.2016 interim monetary relief was granted to the petitioner. However, the main proceeding is pending till date. 3.

Under such circumstances, I direct the jurisdictional court to dispose of the proceeding as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 4.

With this direction, revision petition is disposed of (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
