1. The petitioners allege that the staff, who are working in the Madrasah, do not have the requisite qualification.

2. As could be seen from the information obtained under the Right to Information Act, some of the staff were appointed in the year 2011.

3. From the averments in paragraph 5 of the writ petition, it is seen that the petitioners themselves were part of the organisation earlier and something has happened and the post held by them are no longer with them and therefore, this appears to be an action initiated by the petitioners for certain other reasons and not as a genuine public interest writ litigation.

4. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed.

5. No costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
