1. Petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of the case.

2. He is the complainant and the case was instituted in 2018. The case is pending for more than six years.

3. Under such circumstances, I direct the learned trial Judge to conduct the trial with utmost expedition and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
