The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Islampur Police Station in respect of his complaint dated 22nd September, 2022 against the private respondents.

The petitioner may avail appropriate remedies under section 156(3) of the CrPC.

Counsel for the State submits that in respect of property-in-question the ownership of the petitioner is doubtful and there are three FIRs being Islampur Police Station Case Nos.442 of 2022, 465 of 2022 and 483 of 2022 registered in respect of the same property. 5.

The investigation into the subject FIRs may be completed within two months from date.

Report of the Islampur Police Station dated 02.11.2022 is taken on record.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be order as to costs.
