Petitioner complains that petitioner is unable to construct the boundary wall as the same was demolished at the behest of the private respondents.

State submits that Bishnupur PS Case No.

787/25 dated 24.08.2025 was registered for investigation and charge sheet has been submitted. Subsequently, proceedings have also been drawn up under section 126 of the BNSS.

The report of the police authorities reflect that there is a land dispute and often quarrel emanates from such dispute.

In view of the police authorities already having taken steps under section 126 of the BNSS, police authorities would ensure maintenance of peace and tranquility and keep a strict vigil. With the aforesaid observations WPA 22995 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copy of the report (without annexure) be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
