At the time of call Sk. Imtiajuddin, learned advocate appears on behalf of the petitioner and submits that the writ petition was preferred seeking transfer under the system which was prevalent at the material point of time. Now a new system has been introduced wherein petitioner is required to make application online.

Accordingly, it has been submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of such submission being made on behalf of the petitioner the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to make application for transfer in future following the prevalent system. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
