Learned advocate for the petitioner, in his usual fairness, informs us that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has rejected the bail prayer of a co-accused person who stands on the same footing as this petitioner by an order dated January 3, 2025, passed in SLP (Crl.) No.15208 of 2024 (Sabitri Rani Bhunia @ Sabitri Bhunia Vs. State of West Bengal & Anr.).

2. In view of the aforesaid, this application being CRM (DB) 3188 of 2024 stands rejected.
