From the report filed by the Additional District Magistrate & District Land & Land Reforms Officer, North 24 Parganas signed on 19th June, 2025 it appears that certain plot nos. have been recorded to be vested to the State in full and plot nos. 193, 317 have been partially vested under Sections 4 & 5 of the West Bengal Estate Acquisition Act, 1953 in B.R. Case no. 191 of 1960.

2. Let the information be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.

3. It will be open for the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the competent forum, in accordance with law, if so advised.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
