The subject matter of the present revisional application relates to Criminal Misc. Appeal No.01 of 2022 pending before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Gangarampur, Buniadpur, Dakshin Dinajpur.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the interim order which has been passed has immensely affected the husband not only in respect of the monetary relief which has been enhanced but also in respect of the shared household. To that effect, learned advocate has drawn the attention of this Court to the issues, which have been canvassed in the present revisional application. However, I find that the subject matter of appeal is still pending before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Gangarampur, Buniadpur, Dakshin Dinajpur.

Learned appellate court will consider the issues which have been canvassed in the present revisional application, if required reconsider the quantum of monetary relief as also the issues relating to shared household. Learned appellate court will also consider that the appeal is still pending for more than 10

months and the present appellant expressed that he is prejudiced by such pendency. Steps be taken for early disposal of the present appeal being Criminal Misc. Appeal No.01 of 2022. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3861 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
