Learned advocate for the private respondent(s) submits that repeatedly the Hon'ble High Court is being approached for frustrating the claim of the private respondents.

Learned advocate for the State submits that the police authorities have hardly any involvement so far as the dispute is concerned.

Having considered that such representation was made by the petitioner in the year 2015, I am of the view that circumstances are bound to change with the passage of time, as such, if there are violation of any law and order, the petitioner would approach the concerned police station which would take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 23573 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
