CRIMINAL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION APPELLATE SIDE ( Via Video Conference ) CRR 2626 of 2013 In Re : Sri Palas Maji ........Petitioner.

In the matter of : An application under Sections 482 read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The present revisional application has been preferred against the impugned judgement dated 10th May, 2013 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, 1st court, Howrah wherein the learned Judicial Magistrate after perusing the materials available was pleased to allow the application under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and awarded a sum of Rs.2000/- per month to be paid to the wife. The reasons so assigned by the learned Magistrate are on the basis of the appreciation of the evidence which was brought on record and the quantum so fixed was of meagre amount which do not call for any interference by this court.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 2626 of 2013 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
