Having regard to the instructions filed before this Court by the respondents, it appears that the reservation policy was followed in the process of recruitment to the post of Security Guards by the State Bank of India.

There is no mention of any reservation policy in the recruitment notice. There is, however, a column for reservation specified in the application form. In the body of the writ petition there is no allegation as regards violation of any reservation method. The arguments from the petitioner's Counsel are based on the instructions of learned Counsel for the Bank. 3.

To allow the supplementary affidavit to be filed now, could be interpreted as an attempt to enlarge the scope of the writ petition.

In those circumstances, the instant writ petition is dismissed with liberty reserved to the petitioners to file afresh with better particulars, on the selfsame cause of action.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
