Today Ms. Manisha Mondal, learned advocate led by Mr. Prosenjit Mukherjee, learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnor places a compliance report dated January 18, 2024 issued by the alleged contemnor today in Court, the same is taken on record. Copy has already been served upon Mr. Ali Ahasan Alamgir, learned counsel for the petitioner, who on instruction from his client has also confirmed the due compliance of the direction of this Court.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in this contempt proceeding.

Accordingly the contempt proceeding being CPAN 1302 of 2023 stands dropped and closed.

The application being CPAN 1302 of 2023 stands accordingly disposed of.
