[ The police case is of December 6, 2017.

The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on November 18, 2019.

The police are yet to submit charge sheet.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the investigations was transferred to the CID on November 22, 2022. There is hardly any possibility of the investigations concluding any time soon.

The condition in the order dated November 18, 2019 requiring the petitioner not to enter the jurisdiction of Amta Police Station until further orders is waived.

All other conditions of the order dated November 18, 2019 will remain the same.

IA No.:CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
