1. This contempt application has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order and direction dated 5th June, 2023.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the applicants that during the pendency of the matter, an order dated 2nd August, 2023 has been passed by the authority and has been communicated to the applicants.

3. Hence the contempt application is disposed of by giving liberty to the applicants to challenge the said order passed by the Excise authority before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.

4. No costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
