The petitioner claims that the private respondents are interfering with the possession of the petitioner in respect of a property. She has complained to the Phoolbagan Police Station in this regard.

Having considered the petitioner's complaint, this Court is of the view that in the event Phoolbagan Police Station has not taken cognizance of such complaint of fraud and forgery, the petitioner has remedy under section 156(3) of the CrPC.

In respect of the petitioner's allegation that the private respondents are disturbing her possession, the petitioner may institute appropriate civil proceedings in this regard.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
