The present application has been preferred for relaxation of the conditions of anticipatory bail, as incorporated in the order dated 19th November, 2019 passed in CRM No.10616 of 2019. Heard Mr. Sur, learned advocate appearing for the State. It appears that in terms of the order dated 19 th November, 2019 passed in CRM No.10616 of 2019, the petitioner has surrendered before the learned court below and obtained regular bail. Upon conclusion of investigation charge sheet has also been filed. In view thereof, the condition, as incorporated in the order dated 19th November, 2019 passed in CRM No.10616 of 2019 to the effect that 'the petitioner shall meet with the investigating officer once in a week until further orders', is waived.

The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

With the above observations and directions, the application being CRAN No.1 of 2020 (Old CRAN No.1134 of 2020) is disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Suvra Ghosh, J.) (Tapabrata Chakraborty, J.)
