1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in August, 2023. Relying on an information slip, learned Advocate for the petitioner contends earlier order of the court passed in July, 2022 to conclude trial preferably within one year was communicated to the trial court. Order sheet annexed to the application does not support such contention. This issue has already been canvassed in the earlier bail application. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain the present bail application on this premise.
