Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner intends to prefer separate revisional applications in respect of complaint case Nos. C/4628 of 2006, C/4629 of 2006 and C/3485 of 2006.

In view of the submissions so advanced and as has been pointed out by the learned advocate appearing for the opposite party no.2, the present revisional application in its form is not maintainable as three complaint cases have been challenged in a single revisional application. Accordingly, CRR 3315 of 2019 is dismissed as not pressed with liberty granted to the petitioner to file revisional applications freshly in respect of each of the complaint cases. Department is directed to hand over the certified copies relating to the complaint cases upon the same being replaced by photostat copies by the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner.
