Ms. Puspita Saha, learned counsel for the State present in court is appointed to represent the State in this case. Let her appointment be regularised. Considering the nature of appeal and the fact that there is no representation on behalf of the appellant since the date of listing and the appeal is at the stage of admission, appeal stands dismissed for default.
