1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses implicate the petitioner in the murder of his own mother. His bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits. Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
