1. The petitioner no.1 is the brother-in-law and the petitioner no.2 is the sisterin-law of the victim. 2.
Claiming parity with the co-accused person namely, Chanpa Bag, who has been granted anticipatory bail in CRM(A) 3193 of 2024 on 10th September, 2024, the present petitioners have prayed for anticipatory bail.
3. The said prayer is not opposed by the learned Counsel for the State. 4.
Under such circumstances, we are of the view that the custodial interrogation of the present petitioners is not necessary.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the present petitioners, namely, Dinesh Sau and Papiya Sau, hall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer Signed By :

and also subject to the conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah, within two weeks from date.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed. 7.
