The petitioners' grievance appears to have been addressed by the respondents. The petitioners' claim for receiving the benefits under "Centrally Sponsored National Welfare Fund for Fishermen" in Development of Model Fishermen villages is now pending before the State. It is desirable that the prayer of the petitioner should be considered as expeditiously as possible.

In that view of the matter, there is nothing further remains to be decided in this writ petition.
