The report submitted by the Chief Judge, City Sessions Court, Calcutta forwarding the report of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 11th Court, Calcutta dated 17.10.2023 stated that the complaint Case No. 4269 of 2004 was transmitted to the Court of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No. I, City Sessions Court, Calcutta on 20.01.2011 with regard to the Criminal Revision No. 08 of 2011. It was further submitted that the complaint Case was disposed of on 26.06.2014. Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of.
