Basu Mallick Mr. Biman Halder ...for the State The petitioner wanted to participate in the selection process of Headmistress for Primary Teachers pursuant to one notification dated 10.08.2023 (vide Annexure-P3). On 28.08.2023 she wrote a letter to the Chairman, District Primary School Council, North 24 Parganas through the Sub Inspector (Schools) that she should be allowed to apply for the post of Head Teacher as she met with an accident and was on leave from 08.08.2023. But nobody knows whether she was allowed for the post of Head Teacher.

The petitioner shows one format which was required to be filled up for the post while making the application. This application form has been filled up

in handwriting but there is no date though the place has been given.

Therefore, I hold that this suppression of date in the application form to apply for the post of Head Teacher has been made deliberately for gaining some advantage at subsequent stage otherwise when a lot of things have been written in the said application form (vide page 40), why the date was not written when the place was written in the said application form. From this I find that the petitioner has not approached this court with clean hands and, therefore, she is not entitled to get any relief from a writ court.

The writ application is dismissed.
