2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the application of the petitioner-Bank under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 is pending since long.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the State hands over a copy of an order dated October 05, 2023 recording that the application under Section 14 of the 2002 Act has since been disposed of during the pendency of the writ petition.

4. In such view of the matter, W.P.A. No. 22797 of 2023 is disposed of as infructuous.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
