The petitioners complain that the private respondents are disturbing the possession of their land and interfering with civil rights in respect of their property. 2.

Admittedly, there is civil suit being TS No.104 of 2022 filed by the private respondents against the petitioners before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Contai, Purba Medinipur.

The Civil Court has also ordered injunction dated 22nd February, 2023 in the matter against the writ petitioner.

Order sheet produced by the private respondents is kept with the record.

The Officer-in-Charge, Patashpur PS, Purba Medinipur has filed a report and the same is taken on record. It appears from the report that Patashpur PS has taken out proceedings under section 107 of the CrPC. 5.

This Court is of the view that the disputes between the parties are civil in nature. Appropriate remedies may be sought by the parties in the pending civil proceeding. 6.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
