The writ petitioner is aggrieved that Dum Dum Police Station has not enquired into the FIR No. 928 of 2021 till date.

Counsel for the State submits that investigation has been completed and FRT No. 182 of 2023 dated March 12, 2023 under Sections 447/380/384 of the IPC has been filed.

In view of the above, there is no inaction on the part of the Dum Dum Police Station.

The writ petition is disposed of.

5.

There will be no order as to costs.
