Petitioner is the brother-in-law of the victim lady. He submits he has no role in the matrimonial life of the victim. Victim suffered unnatural death on the railway track. He prays for bail. 2.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer of the petitioner.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the brother-in-law of the victim lady. Allegations are general and omnibus. Investigation is complete. There is no chance of abscondence. Accordingly, we are inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Asansol, Paschim Bardhaman subject to the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every date of hearing until Signed By :

further orders and shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever.

In the event the petitioner fails to do so without justifiable cause, the trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel his bail in accordance with law without further reference to this court. 6.

The application for bail is, thus, allowed.
