including the service book for processing their dues under ROPA, 2019.

The learned Advocate representing the petitioners submitted that in similar circumstances a Coordinate Bench of this Court had granted interest at the rate of 6% per annum on the retirement benefits accorded in favour of the petitioner therein based on the decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court reported in (1985) 1 SCC 429 (State of Kerala -Vs.- N. Padmanavan Nair).
