Rahaman ... for the Petitioner(s) Ms. Rupsha Chakraborty ... for the State - respondent(s) The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that pursuant to the order passed in T.S. 680 of 2004 upon the police authorities by the learned Judge, 3rd Bench, City Civil Court, Calcutta, the police authorities did not take any steps.

I find that the said order was passed on 05.02.2011 and the representation was made to the police authorities on 20th August, 2023.

Since none appears for the State, Ms. Rupsha Chakraborty, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State is directed to represent the State.

Her appearance may be regularized by

the concerned authorities.

Having considered the time period which has elapsed and the circumstance whether similarly is placed as on date, I direct that if any inconveniences are faced by the petitioner, he will submit a fresh representation to the Officer-in-charge of Posta Police Station. In case, the Officerin-charge of the said police station finds that same circumstances as was directed by the city civil court exist as on date, the concerned Officer-in-charge will exercise his/her discretion to ensure that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility taking place as also no untoward incident resulting from the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 22807 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
