This case is pending since 2009, that is almost 16 years have been elapsed.

It appears from the order dated 16.07.2025 that learned counsel for the petitioner prayed to file substitution application as original writ petitioner expired. No application has been filed despite order. No accommodation was sought for.

Considering the nature of prayer and long pendency, this Court seems the legal heir(s) of the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the instant case any further. The writ petition got abated. 5.

Consequently, the writ petition being WPA 17903 of 2009 is dismissed.

Connected applications, if any, also stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, shall be vacated.
