1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

2. Perused the case diary.

3. It appears that other than the statements of co-accused, there are phone call records showing conversion between the petitioner and the principal accused at the relevant time and the petitioner is also the owner of the vehicle with which the kidnapping was carried out.

4. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
