Petitioner complains that the private respondent is unnecessarily disturbing the smooth functioning and operation of the business of the petitioner as the private respondent no.6 has been disturbing the smooth functioning and operation of the business of the petitioner. To that effect, information was furnished to the police authorities. Police authorities have drawn up proceedings under Sections 126/135 of the BNSS.

Having considered that the police authorities have drawn up proceedings under the aforesaid provisions, police authorities would ensure that there is no breach of the peace and tranquility and the

petitioner is not faced with inconveniences without any specific order from a court of law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 23324 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
