Relief asked for in this writ petition is for directing the Additional District Sub-Registrar, Jhargram/ respondent no. 9 to assess the market value of the land in question and to forward the same to the Chief Executive Officer, Paschimanchal Unnayan Parishad/ respondent no. 2 and on the basis of such valuation report disburse the amount of compensation in respect of the land in question in favour of the petitioner with statutory interest.
Mr. De, learned Additional Government Pleader has very fairly submitted that he has no objection to such relief, asked by the petitioner but he seeks time to complete the process of valuation and disbursement of compensation in respect of the land in question. Mr. De seeks three months' time for this purpose.
Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the aforesaid
respondent authorities to complete the whole proceeding of assessment and disbursement of compensation in respect of the land in question within three months from the date of communication of this order, subject to compliance of all formalities. WPA 21124 of 2019 is accordingly disposed of. (MD. NIZAMUDDIN, J.)
