This criminal revisional application being CRR 3799 of 2005 was tagged with CRR 3797 of 2005 and both the revisional applications were being heard together. Both the revisional applications were dismissed for default on July 27, 2021, but inadvertently criminal revisional application No. 3797 of 2005 has not been incorporated in the said order dated July 27, 2021.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application being CRR 3799 of 2005 and CRR 3797 of 2005 have come up before this Court today under the heading 'To Be Mentioned'.

Let the order dated July 27, 2021 be treated as the order passed in respect of the instant criminal revisional application being CRR 3797 of 2005.
