Heard learned counsels for the parties.

None appears for the private respondents despite service.

The petitioner was unable to return to his residence in view of threat and intimidation by the private respondents for which he filed a writ petition being WPA 6576 of 2022. By an order passed on 15th June, 2023 a co ordinate Bench of this Court directed the Kakdwip PS to provide sufficient security and escort the petitioners and others back to their residence. In compliance thereof, the petitioner returned to his residence and the writ petition was disposed of on 22nd June, 2023 with a direction upon Kakdwip PS to ensure due protection to the petitioners in future.

The petitioner alleges that the private respondents have again resorted to illegal means in obstructing the petitioner from enjoying his property and have also intimidated him with dire consequence for which the petitioner submitted a representation before the Kakdwip PS on 6th September, 2025. The representation is yet to be considered. The petitioner seeks a direction upon the inspector in charge Kakdwip PS, being the 5th respondent herein, to consider the representation and take necessary steps in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 6th September, 2025 and take necessary steps in accordance with law at the earliest upon intimation to the petitioner.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
