C.O. 3151 of 2017 Mr. Soumitra Datta, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that his client has decided not to proceed further with the money suit, being MS No. 5 of 2017 pending before the Small Causes Court at Sealdah, in respect of which the present application has been preferred. He further submits that in such view of the matter he also does not want to proceed with the present application.

Let C.O. 3151 of 2017 be dismissed for want of prosecution.
