The petitioner is aggrieved that the interview for the post of Assistant Headmaster has been completed but no decision has yet been taken by the concerned District Inspector of Schools for approval of the same. This Court is of the view that the writ petition has become infructuous due to efflux of time. In view of the above, the writ petition shall stand dismissed as infructuous.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
