The petitioner is aggrieved by the selection of the private respondent in the 'Group D' post in Mahisegeria A.M.A. High Madrasah.

It is alleged that the appointment letter in favour of the petitioner has been snatched by the private respondent.

This Court notes that the writ petition of the year 2011 and has not been even pursued. The matter has been listed before this Court as an 'Old Matter'. This Court is of the view that the prayer of the petitioner may have infructuous due to efflux of time.

In view of the above, the writ petition shall stand dismissed.

In view of the dismissal of the main writ petition, connected applications, if any, shall also stand dismissed.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
