The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of the several representations made by the petitioners alleging illegal and unauthorized constructions.
It is submitted on behalf of the Pradhan that pursuant to the order dated November 20, 2024, the Pradhan has initiated steps to dispose of the representation of the petitioners and will positively come to a decision by December 16, 2024.
In view of the above, nothing survives insofar as the grievance of the petitioners is concerned. W.P.A. No. 22834 of 2023 stands disposed of by directing the Pradhan, being the respondent no. 8 herein, to dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated February 06, 2023 within the above period after giving a right of hearing to the parties and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law and without being influenced by any of the observations and directions made in this order. It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all questions are left open to be decided by the Pradhan strictly in accordance with law.
Since no Affidavits are called for, it is deemed that the allegations made in this writ petition against the respondents are denied.
There will be no order as to costs.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
