The revisional application is disposed of without entertaining any prayer for interim reliefs. This court is of the view that the application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure which has been filed by the petitioners, praying for implementation of the order of injunction should be disposed of by the learned court before which it is pending, on an urgent basis.

Accordingly, the learned court below is at liberty to dispose of the said application independently.

The learned court below shall make serious attempts to dispose of the said application within a month after reopening of the court, after the puja vacation.

The revisional application is, thus, disposed of. Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
