The case of the petitioner is that because the arrear salary had not been paid by the erstwhile school, the petitioner has not got the approval to join the new school. However, it is to be noted that the petitioner has joined the new school and is awaiting his approval. In light of the above submission, the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Murshidabad, is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner after granting opportunity of hearing to all the parties including the erstwhile school and the new school and the petitioner and thereafter pass a reasoned order in this matter within

a period of ten weeks from date and the reasoned order is to be communicated within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition is called for, allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
