1. Petitioner submits he is an Indian national. He was residing in India and has an Indian passport. Accordingly, he prays for quashing of the impugned proceeding.

2. I have considered the allegations in the charge sheet. In the charge sheet it is alleged on 13.10.2022 petitioner had approached the immigration counter for immigration clearance for departure from India to Bangladesh. He had produced an Indian passport being no. Z6792143. However profiling of the petitioner's bio data it came to light petitioner is a Bangladeshi citizen by birth. Petitioner had procured Indian passport on the strength of fake and forged documents. Uncontroverted allegations in the impugned charge sheet disclose ingredients of the offence of cheating and forgery.

3. Hence, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceeding.

4. It is open to the petitioner to agitate his grievances before the trial court in accordance with law.
