1. Read order dated December 17, 2024.

2. Learned Advocate for the petitioner has come back with instructions. He fairly submits that the order dated June 12, 2024, in CRM (DB) 1701 of 2024, whereby his earlier prayer for bail was rejected by this Bench with a direction on the learned Trial Court to conclude the trial within three months from the date of communication of the said order by the parties to the learned Trial Court, was actually communicated to the learned Trial Court on November 22, 2024. Therefore, the learned Trial Court would have time at least till February 22, 2025, to conclude the trial. We cannot find any fault with the learned Trial Court.

3. At this stage, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this bail application with liberty to renew his prayer at an appropriate time. Such leave is granted.
