In the 1st page of the judgment dated 23.08.2024 at the representation column on behalf of the petitioner, the name of the learned advocate " Mr. Soumen Roy, Advocate" should be deleted and in its place " Ms. Sonam Ray, Advocate" should be inserted.
At page 3 of the 2nd line, the year should be correctly read as "2011" instead of "20111". In the 3rd line, W.P No. should be correctly read as "51" instead of "41". In the said paragraph at 8th line, the term "both the matter" should be omitted and in its place "W.P.No.51 of 2012" should be inserted. In the same line the word "together" should be omitted.
In the 8th page at 3rd line from the top the term "two sisters" should be omitted and in its place "brother and sister" should be inserted.
At page 10, after paragraph 15, paragraph 16 should be inserted as follows:- Paragraph 16. "The application being CAN 1/2023 is also disposed of."
The office is directed to incorporate the correction in the body of the judgment.
The remaining portion of the impugned judgment shall remain unaltered.
